Educational Leadership Solutions, Inc. has been providing user-friendly data management tools and services to schools since 2003. Creating products that are easy to implement has been the cornerstone of our success. We currently have products in over 100 school districts.
Our Staff
The co-founders and driving force behind ELS, Inc. are Paul Shelly and Kevin Baer.
Paul Shelly has 15 years of experience in the public schools, including nine years as a school administrator. During that time he served at the elementary, middle, and high school levels of administration and was selected as the Tupelo Public School District?s “Administrator of the Year.” He has been with ELS on a full-time basis since 2004.
Kevin Baer has over 17 years experience as a programmer, software systems architect, and project manager. He oversees all IT components of the company including server management, database management and security, and software development.

ELS, Inc. is proud to partner with Educational Material Specialists (Ridgeland, MS), which has been serving MS Schools for over 17 years. EMS is responsible for all marketing, promotion and distribution for our products and services.
